Emphasis on original art works (oil acrylic pastel watercolour and multiple media) and some photographs (rather than limited edition prints) Also wood and metallic sculptures brass look finish and other composites / resins and ceramics, installations (works outside the traditional types) and objet trouve (found objects).

Our works are suitable for homes, hotels, restaurants, offices and shops. For the latter categories and larger home areas you may find our larger pictures category particularly suitable.
We are a free gallery and not a shop. You are welcome to visit and browse. There will be no pressure to buy. Opening hours are as advertised, although it is best to call ahead of any planned visit in case gallery staff are hosting / attending external exhibitions. If you have a query; or do want to buy, ask one of us at the gallery or return to the website and purchase online if applicable.
Gallery includes all our works except those fragile or large. Physical Gallery is those items in our gallery and those fragile or large which are only available here. Both framed and unframed have wire or cord in place for hanging.
Colour
We see colour as a significant element in a painting. Our works range from the vibrant, vivid, to the subtle or dark. Despite the phrase pastel shades referring to quiet colours pastel paintings can be strong in colour.
Size
Frame size first then painting. All frames are square or rectangular. Width then height. Inches then centimetres. Large pictures have their larger dimension over 38 " (96 cm ) If mounted or unmounted need an attachment prior to display
History
We believe art to be timeless. Few paintings are dated - unless we believe them to be of interest because very old! Generally we are supporting artists currently or recently producing.
Media
Multiple Media can be a mix of the conventional such as pastel /pencil. Mixed Media can include fibre sand mirror etc and then it may not have an even surface. Installations can include nails parts of circuit boards or other non mainstream items.
