Online Purchases - cancellation rightsYou can cancel an order from the moment you place your order and up until 14 days from the day you receive your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the purchase This needs to be within 14 days. Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent by e mail letter or fax. Your covering the cost of returning an item wouldn't apply where the items are faulty.
All Purchases - Refunds Policy
As retailer we are responsible for providing goods that are of satisfactory quality as described and fit for purpose to the person buying those goods. If this has not applied we will refund in full.
Eligibility and Procedures
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. When we have received your item at our contact address and approved your return we will initiate a refund to your credit card / original method of payment .You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer's policies.

Delivery is via a dedicated signed for courier. You will need to provide a signature. We have a charge for postage and packing of £10 on standard items ,£15 on large items (larger dimension over 96cm 38 ") It is within thirty days but usually within ten.
Special Delivery Requirements
If you have special requirements - such as you are going to be at work or away - please let us know. Similarly if you wish to pay extra for weekend or faster delivery please contact us.
